PREDGOVOR
Projmetal je osnovan 1951. godine, kao radna organizacija pod imenom Projektantski zavod
metalurgije, dve godine nakon formiranja Projektantskog zavoda generalne direkcije obojenih
metala u Trepči za potrebe Rudarskog kombinata „Trepča“.
Naziv Projmetal, koji je do tada bio skraćenica za telegrame, usvojen je 1961. godine.
U okviru preduzeća, u početku su funkcionisale četiri grupe:
rudarska, građevinska, grupa za niskogradnju i transportna grupa za projektovanje žičara i
drugih transportnih uređaja.
U prvoj deceniji poslovanja, od prvobitno 34 zaposlena, broj inženjera i tehničara povećao se
na približno 200, a broj stručnih biroa sa četiri na 14: biro za rudarstvo; mašinstvo; metalurgiju;
energetiku; transportne uređaje; grejanje; opšte građevinarstvo; čelične konstrukcije; betonske
konstrukcije; arhitektonsko projektovanje; hidrotehničke radove; puteve i železnice; kalkulacije
i biro za ekonomsko-analitičke poslove.
Središte Projmetala bilo je u Beogradu, u Matoševoj ulici, u montažnoj zgradi, koja ubrzo više
nije zadovoljavala standarde i uslove za rad, te je u okviru preduzeća 1958. godine urađen
projekat za poslovnu zgradu na Terazijama, u Kolarčevoj ulici. To je prvi objekat na Balkanu,
i u širem okruženju, urađen u čeličnoj konstrukciji.
Aktivnosti van granica zemlje Projmetal počinje 1967. godine, između ostalog u Alžiru, Libiji,
Rusiji, Ukrajini, Estoniji, Burmi, Mongoliji, a u periodu 1990–1991. godine formira se biro u
Holandiji i Belgiji, sa 20 zaposlenih stručnjaka koji su učestvovali u realizaciji velikih projekata
kao što su Aerodrom u Briselu, Fabrika automobila „ Ford“ u Genku i drugih.
Nijedno drugo preduzeće za projektovanje u metalurgiji tadašnje Jugoslavije nije se razvilo do
stepena koji omogućava pružanje usluga kompletnog inženjeringa (pripreme, projektovanja,
realizacije).
Svoj generalni karakter kompanija razvija više od pedeset i osam godina, stičući nove i
neprekidno proširujući stare reference u svom projektantskom izrazu širom sveta.
Privredni razvoj u zemlji i okruženju je u izvesnoj meri usmerio rad kompanije Projmetal,
te se od prvobitne delatnosti – projektovanja za potrebe Rudarskog kombinata „Trepča“
aktivnosti proširuju na sve složenije i tehnološki zahtevnije projekte: železare, rudnike,
rudarsko-topioničarski basen itd. Shodno tome, u Projmetalu su 1964. godine poslovale dve

osnovne organizacije: za projektovanje i inženjering u oblasti crne metalurgije i hemijske
industrije i druga – u oblasti rudarstva i obojene metalurgije, kao i sektor za procesnu
industriju i opšti sektor. Od 1982. godine kompanija Projmetal poslovno se udružila sa
kompanijom SOUR „ Goša“ i tako funkcionisala više od 20 godina. Godine 2006. kompanija
Projmetal tranformisala se iz društvenog preduzeća u akcionarsko društvo.
Zahvaljujući velikim i važnim državnim projektima, pozicionira se među naše najbolje
projektantske kuće tokom cele druge polovine XX veka.
Najznačajnije reference kompanije između ostalog obuhvataju:
industrijske objekte, u koje spadaju crna i obojena metalurgija, rudarstvo, energetski objekti,
transportni sistemi, hemijska i procesna industrija, prehrambena industrija; i javne objekte:
zdravstvene ustanove, sportske objekte, stambene zgrade, izložbeno-prodajne objekte,
poslovne i administrativne zgrade, vodosnabdevanje, prečišćavanje otpadnih voda,
ekološke projekte.
Pored projektovanja u oblasti industrije, koje je gotovo 50 godina bilo osnovna delatnost
Projmetala, u poslednjih 15 godina, prostori javne namene su u velikom broju zastupljeni u
projektantskom i izvođačkom opusu preduzeća, između ostalog – rekonstrukcije zdravstvenih,
javnih, školskih i stambenih objekata, industrijski kompleksi, poslovne zgrade, trgovinski
centri, zatim, projekti u oblasti ekologije, saobraćaja i slično.
Od 2006. Projmetal poseduje JUS ISO 9001:2008 sertifikat kojim se potvrđuje da se sistem
upravljanja kvalitetom uspešno primenjuje u saglasnosti sa standardom za sisteme
menadžmenta kvalitetom.
Danas kompanija Projmetal ima približno 190 zaposlenih kadrova različitih struka, tu se nalaze
arhitektonski biro, biro za beton, biro za čelik, mašinski, termotehnički, elektro biro, biro za
hidrotehniku, kao i izvođački inženjering.
Osnovne delatnosti kompanije predstavljaju:
• kompletno projektovanje objekata (industrijskih, poslovnih, stambenih, hotelskih,
trgovačkih i drugih javnih objekata, zatim, projektovanje u oblasti komunalne infrastrukture,
ekologije, saobraćaja itd.);
• inženjering na izvođenju investicionih radova;
• tehnički i finansijski menadžment i konsalting.

Prednosti preduzeća se ogledaju u visokoj stručnosti i licenciranim kadrovima, dozvolama
za izradu dokumentacije za projektovanje i izvođenje najsloženijih investicionih zahvata,
kao i licencama za zaštitu od požara.
Organizaciju preduzeća karakteriše prilagođenost savremenim uslovima poslovanja i
zahtevima domaćeg i inostranog tržišta. Stalna koordinacija između strukovno uređenih
celina, preispitivanje i kontrola u svim fazama obavljanja posla omogućavaju postizanje
kvalitetnih i efikasnih odgovora na postavljene zahteve investitora i rešavanje projektantskih
i izvođačkih problema.
Projektantski biroi i izvođački inženjering u mogućnosti su da realizuju i najsloženije
investicione objekte – od idejnog rešenja, investicionih studija o opravdanosti ulaganja,
projektne dokumentacije svih nivoa, pribavljanja neophodnih uslova, saglasnosti i dozvola
za projektovanje i izvođenje radova, same izgradnje do puštanja u rad objekta, postrojenja
ili fabrike po sistemu inženjeringa „ ključ u ruke“.
Poslednjih godina jača saradnja s klijentima iz inostranstva, zatim sa međunarodnim
institucijama i privatnim investitorima, što se reflektovalo na uzlazni trend poslovanja i
finansijsku stabilnost preduzeća.
Projmetal je u svojim projektima, u posebno izrađenim studijama koje su nastale kao proizvod
dugogodišnjeg istraživačkog rada na poljima zaštite čovekove sredine i zaštite prirodnih
staništa, usaglasio standarde i norme po kojima danas nastupa, i na taj način prati evropske i
svetske regulative vezane za ekološke standarde.
Veliki broj arhitektonskih repera u 2009. godini u Beogradu i drugim gradovima nastao je kao
rezultat projektovanja u Projmetalu, a kroz izvođački inženjering realizuju se veliki poslovni
kompleksi i tržni centri u Srbiji.

INTRODUCTION
Projmetal Company was established in 1951, as a business organization called Metallurgical
Designing Bureau, two years upon establishment of the Designing Bureau of the Non-ferrous
Metallurgy General Directorate in Trepča to satisfy needs of the Trepča Mining Complex.
The name Projmetal, that used to be the abbreviation used in telegrams, was adopted in 1961.
During the first decade of its business operations, there were four groups:
mining, construction, civil construction and transport group for designing of cable-ways and
other transport facilities.
During the first ten years of its business operations, number of engineers and technicians
raised from 34 to approximately 200, while number of departments from 4 to 14: mining;
mechanical engineering; metallurgy; power supply; transport devices; heating; general
construction; steel skeleton; concrete structures; architectural designing; hydro-technical
works; roads and railways; pricing and department for economic and analytical operations.
At the very beginning, the head office of Projmetal was in Belgrade in Matoševa Street, in a
prefabricated building, but soon afterwards it ceased to satisfying standards and working
conditions, so in 1958 the company developed a design for the business premises in Terazije,
in Kolarčeva Street, being the fist building on the Balkans and broader region to be built with
steel skeleton.
As of 1967, Projmetal started its activities abroad, particularly in Algeria, Libya, Russia, Ukraine,
Estonia, Burma, Mongolia, while in the period 1990-1991 offices in Holland and Belgium were
established with 20 employed experts engaged in the implementation of significant projects
such as the airport in Brussels, Automobile factory “Ford” in Genk, etc.
Meanwhile, this used to be the sole company for metallurgy designing in Yugoslavia
developed to the extent of being able to provide comprehensive engineering services
(preparation, designing, implementation).
The company has been developing its general features for over 58 years acquiring new and
constantly broadening the old references throughout the world.
The economic development in the country and in the region has directed business
operations of the company Projmetal to certain extend, so to expend its original business
activities - designing for needs of the Trepča Mining Complex, to increasingly complex and
technologically requiring projects: iron and steel plant, mining-smelting basin, etc.

Accordingly, Projmetal company used to have two main organizational units in 1964: for
designing and engineering works in the field of ferrous metallurgy and chemical industry and
the second one in the field of mining and non-ferrous metallurgy, as well as department for
process industry and administrative department. As of 1982, the company Projmetal pooled its
business operations with the company SOUR GOŠA and operated in this way for over 20 years.
As of 2006, the company Projmetal has transformed into joint stock company.
Thanks to large and important state projects, the company was among our best designing
companies during the second half of the 20 th century.
The most important reference portfolio covers as follows:
industrial buildings, including ferrous metallurgy, non-ferrous metallurgy, mining,
power facilities, transport systems, chemical and processing industry, food-processing
industry; and public buildings: health facilities, sports buildings, housing buildings, exhibition
and sales outlets, business and administrative buildings, water-supply, waste-water
treatment, environmental projects.
Besides industrial designing being the main line of business for almost 50 years, in last
15 years the Projmetal company is greatly involved in significant number of public facilities
works, inter alia, renovation of health, public, school and residential buildings, industrial
complexes, business premises, commercial centers, environmental projects, transport, etc.
As of 2006, Projmetal is provided with the JUS ISO 9001:2008 certificate proving that the
quality management system is successfully being implemented in conformity with standards
for the quality management system.
Currently, Projmetal has approximately 190 employees with various qualifications working
within architectural designing department, concrete department, steel department,
mechanical, thermo-technical and electrical department, hydro-technical department and
construction engineering department.
The main line of business is as follows:
• design
(of industrial, business, housing, hotel, commercial and other public facilities,
designing of utility infrastructure, ecology, transport, etc.)
• engineering related to investment works
• technical and financial management and consulting.
Advantages of the company are reflected in highly qualified human resources provided with

professional licenses for producing documentation for designing and implementation of the
most complex investments, as well as fire prevention licenses.
The company organization is characterized by its adjustment to modern business operating
conditions and requirements of the local and foreign market. Continuous coordination among
departments, reviewing and supervising in all stages of the working process are ensuring
accomplishment of high-quality and efficient responsiveness to tasks set by the Investor
and solving of designing issues and issues related to the work execution.
The designing departments and the construction engineering unit have capacities to
implement even the most complex investments starting from the preliminary design,
investment feasibility studies, all-levels project documentations, acquiring necessary
conditions, approvals and permits for designing and executing of works, to starting-up of a
plant or factory – turn-key system.
In the past years, cooperation with foreign clients, international institutions and private
investors has had effects on upturn business trends and financial stability of the company.
In its work, Projmetal has had a strong focus on its studies that are results of long-lasting
research activities in the field of environmental protection as well as habitat protection and
in those studies it managed to harmonize standards and norms according to which it operates
hence keeping track of European and international regulations related to the environmental
protection standards.
In 2009 large number of architectural benchmarks in Belgrade as well as in other cities
was designed by Projmetal, while the construction engineering unit managed to build large
business complexes and commercial centers in Serbia.

Projmetal je tokom 2005. i 2006. godine projektovao i izgradio kompletno novo postrojenje
za razlaganje vazduha na lokaciji postojećeg postrojenja „ Tehnogasa“ u Smederevu.
I faza – dve jedinice za proizvodnju kiseonika, svaka kapaciteta po 21.000 Nm3/h, u okviru
kojih su izgrađena dva „hladna bloka“, svaki visine po 62 metra, sa kolonama uz drugu
prateću opremu (molekularna sita, turbine, pumpe i sl.);
II faza – projektovanje i ugradnja dva kompresora (vazdušnog i kiseoničkog) i
argonskog rezervoara, kao i nove trafo-stanice instalisane snage 2x40 MW;
III faza – projektovanje i izgradnja utečnjivača azota, kapaciteta 6.000 Nm3/h tečnog azota

tehnološka oprema, uglavnom uvozna. Vezna kula u kojoj se odvija glavni tehnološki proces
dominira u odnosu na druge objekte svojom visinom od 32m. Od objekata se izdvajaju silosi,
u kojima se skladište ulazne sirovine, i pakirnica sa skladištem gotovih proizvoda.

• Preliminary and main design of the Air Separation Plant “ASU Smederevo-2”

During 2005 and 2006, Projmetal was involved in designing and construction of an
entirely new plant for air separation at the location of existing plant, in the proximity
of Smederevo steel factory currently owned by the US Steel.
The OXYGEN PLANT was designed and built in 3 stages:
I stage - two units for production of oxygen of 21,000 Nm3/h capacity each, with two “
cold boxes”, each 62 m – height with columns for oxygen generation at the
temperature of approximately -190°C. Together with columns other supporting
equipment were installed (molecular sieves, turbines, pumps, etc.);
II stage - designing and installation of two compressors (air and oxygen compressors)
and argon tanks as well as new power substation of 2 x 40 MW of capacity;
III stage - designing and installation of nitrogen liquefaction plant of 6,000 Nm3/h of
liquid nitrogen of capacity.

In 1999, Projmetal designed and constructed the Powder Detergent Factory “Delta In“ in
Zrenjanin - turn-key project. Mainly imported, high-quality technological equipment was
designed and installed, while a portion of the equipment was locally-produced. A cross-cut
tower, where main technological processes are located, has a dominant look compared to
other buildings with its 32-m height. Besides this one, there are also a silos storage for input
raw materials, the main production building with packing facility and warehouse for finished
products. Designed capacities of the plant are 25,000 t/annually of powder detergent.

Nova železara je građena na tradiciji železare “Sartid 1913” iz 1913 godine.
Projmetal je bio generalni projektant od početka projektovanja u saradnji sa
“Gipromez”-om iz SSSR-a, i “Tisen”-om (Thyssen) iz Nemačke.
U periodu 1963–1988. godine urađeni su glavni projekti za objekte u okviru
Metalurškog kombinata Smederevo:
Aglomeracija, Visoka peć br.1., Energana 1, Čeličana , Topla valjaonica,
Hladna valjaonica, Kisikana, Visoka peć br. 2., pomoćni objekti.
Prva faza izgradnje Kombinata čiji je kapacitet bio 840 000 t/godišnje čelika
završena je i puštena u rad krajem 1974 godine.
Druga faza realizovana je u periodu od 1974 do 1990 godine. Sve kasnije rekonstrukcije i
dogradnje Kombinata rađene su uz učešće Projmetala, kako u projektovanju,
tako i izvođenju radova po sistemu “ključ u ruke”.

Godina: 1955–1958.
Projmetal je bio generalni projektant, to je bio prvi kompleks crne metalurgije izgrađen
posle rata u Jugoslaviji. Istovremeno, to je bio najveći industrijski objekat u Crnoj Gori.
U okviru železare u periodu 1955–1958. na osnovu projekta izvedeni su čeličana, topla
i hladna valjaonica, opšti i pomoćni objekti.

Izgradnja železare u Skoplju trajala je od 1953. do 1968. godine. Rađena je u saradnji

Kompleks objekata je lociran u industrijskom krugu TE „ Kostolac B“ i služi za prijem i
raspodelu rovnog uglja iskopanog na površinskom kopu lignita „ Drmno“, u količinama od
devet miliona tona godišnje ili maksimum 4.000 tona na čas. Instalisana oprema omogućuje
eliminaciju uticaja oscilacija u kapacitetu iskopanog uglja na procese njegovog usitnjavanja
i deponovanja, zatim kontrolisanu raspodelu uglja ka termoelektranama „ Kostolac A“ i „
Kostolac B“ ili samo „ B“, merenje količine uglja, njegovog sastava (vlaga i pepeo) i jevtiniji
transport pomoću transportera s trakom između objekata kompleksa i termoelektrane
Kostolac „ A“ na lokaciji udaljenoj 4 km.
Objekte kompleksa čine raspodelni bunker, bunker rezerve kapaciteta 1.350 t, mostovi
transportnih traka i pomoćni objekti za smeštaj elektroopreme i radnika za rukovođenje
i tekuće opsluživanje. Komandovanje i upravljanje ostvaruje se centralnim procesorskim
uređajem koji prate odgovarajući izlazno-ulazni moduli, video-nadzor i automatska dojava
ispravnosti rada instalisane tehnološko-mašinske opreme.

machine. The capcity of the pneumatic transport of flour and semolina is 2t/h.

Zbog povećanih potreba grada Inđije za pitkom vodom, tokom 2008. godine izgrađeno je

Postrojenje je izgradio konzorcijum Projmetal, „ Lad Group“ i „ Culligan”.

Kompleks „ Zira“ nalazi se u užem gradskom jezgru, pozicioniran na uglu dveju značajnih
ulica, Ruzveltove i Cvijićeve. Ubrzo nakon realizacije postao je jedan od generatora razvoja
celokupnog okruženja.
U okviru kompleksa „ Zira“ nalaze se tržni centar, kongresna sala, luksuzni hotel, supermarket,
poslovna zgrada, podzemna garaža i manje celine poput prostrane terase i holova.
Konceptualno polazište za oblikovanje arhitektonskog sklopa jeste latinično slovo „ Z“, što se
može sagledati iz ptičje perspektive, dok volumen donjih etaža prati regulaciju ulica duž kojih
je postavljen, poštujući kontekst okruženja u kojem se nalazi.
Zgrada je realizovana kao skeletni sistem, s pregradnim zidovima, uz nebrojano mnogo
reprezentativnih konstruktivnih detalja kako u enterijeru tako i na fasadi. Vidljiva konstrukcija i
instalacije predstavljaju dve najočiglednije karakteristike high tech arhitekture u okviru „ Zire“.

The Zira complex is located in Belgrade city center, at the corner of two important streets Ruzveltova and Cvijiceva Street. Soon upon realization, it has become one of the generators of
developemtn of the overall neigbouhood.
Within the Zira complex there are a shopping mall, congress hall, four-star hotel, supermarket,
office space, underground garage and some smaller areas such as spacious terrace and halls.
The conceptual design for shaping of the archtectural structure is a Latin letter “Z“, visible
from a bird’s eye view, while the volume of lower floors follows the regulation of the streets
where it is located, respecting its environemntal context.
The building is done as a skeleton structor, with partition walls and numerous representative
structural details both within the interior decoration and on the facade. Visible structure and
installations represent two most visible characteristics of the High Tech architecture of the
Zira compex.

the visual roof animation is achieved, visible
from the hotel and office space. On the
second floor, the spacious roof terrace is
located.
Detalji podnog popločanja osmišljeni su
geometrijski i u slogu koji podržava formu
zgrade kao celine. Na terasi dominiraju
razigrana jedra, kao elementi skulpturalnosti
na otvorenom prostoru.
Floorage details are designed in geometry and
harmony with the building shape. Exuberant
sails are the dominant characteristic on
the terrace, as an elements of open-space
sculpturality.

Po obimu, rekonstrukcija Robnih kuća „ Beograd“ jedan je od najkompleksnijih projekata
poslednjih godina, specifična po tome što je realizovana u svim regionima u zemlji, a ujedno je
povezana s tendencijama u osmišljavanju i organizaciji trgovinskih prostora za maloprodaju.
Koncepcijski, idejno i projektantski, adaptacija Robnih kuća bila je u potpunosti usmerena na
nov karakter i namenu prostora na kojima se interveniše.
Generalno, dominiraju ideje o osavremenjivanju, prenameni prostora i preoblikovanju
zatečenog prostora u prostor prilagođen novim standardima maloprodaje.
Pokretanjem rekonstrukcije Robnih kuća u mestima gde ne postoje investicije u građevinarstvu
investirano je u maloprodajni prostor. U gradovima u kojima su rađene Robne kuće centralne
zone su dobile nov reper – likovno savremeno koncipiran, atraktivan trgovinski prostor.
Imperativ u rekonstrukciji robnih kuća bio je projektovati prostor sa što većim brojem
mogućnosti modifikacija u rasporedu prostorija, koristeći raspoložive elemente.
Tokom obnove i prerade Robnih kuća razvijaju se i ideje o optimalnoj organizaciji i šemi
kretanja unutar prodajnog prostora. Kod objekata javne namene, oblikovanje je ukazivalo na
nameru da se iskažu u originalnosti i želji akcentovanja prostora, kao i u dobroj funkcionalnoj
organizaciji i optimalnom sistemu komunikacija u prostoru. Pojedinačno, svaka Robna kuća
je vezana za vremenski i prostorni kontekst u kom se nalazi. Takođe, u svakoj od Robnih kuća
izvedeni su toalet za kupce, zatim za osobe sa posebnim potrebama; uvedeni su liftovi za
kupce, kao i rampe za olakšano kretanje osoba sa invaliditetom.
Kompleksnost rekonstrukcije objekata dopunjuju kvantitativni pokazatelji obima celokupnog
projekta – u 24 grada u Srbiji, u 36 Robnih kuća, ukupne kvadrature približno 260.000 m2,
ugrađeno je: 25.000 svetiljaka, 930.000 metara kablova, 21.000 metara nosača kablova, 75.000
kvadrata keramičkih pločica, 1.500 sanitarnih elemenata, 96 eskalatora, 57 liftova, izvedeno je
36 telefonskih centrala, 36 PP centrala, 36 sistema ozvučenja, 36 CCTV video nadzor sistema,
i svi sistemi telekomunikacija umreženi u centralni monitoring. Angažovano je približno 480
podizvođačkih firmi, zaposleno preko 5.000 ljudi i pređeno preko 400.000 kilometara...
Podjednako su prisutne inovacije u projektovanju i izvođenju, u dizajnu, tehnologiji, novim
sistemima itd.

Renovation of Belgrade Department Stores has been one of the most complex projects in the
last years in terms of the scale and it is characterized by the fact that it is implemented in all
regions of the country. The renovation was directed by trends in desining and organization of
commercial retail premises.
In terms of its concept and design, conversion of the Belgrde Department Stores was entirely
focused on a new character and purpose of the subject space.
On an overall basis, predominant ideas regard space modernization, space conversion and
re-shaping of the previous space into a space adjusted to new retail standards.
By launching renovation of Department sores, in places with no investments into civil
engineering, investments were made to the retail sotres. In towns where renovation is
performed, department stores have become a new benchmark - commercial space designed
using a modern visual art approach.
A mast when renovating Department stores was designing in such a way to include the greatest
possible number of modification possibilties in organization of space, usling
available elements.
During the renovation of department stores ideas on optimal organization and movement
scheme within the points of sale have been developed. The public-purpose buildings are
characterized by the fact that shaping indicates willingness to show originality and space
accentuation intention as well as good functional organization and optimal communication
systems. Individually, each Department store is related to its timline and spatial context,
whithin which it is located, and reasearches. Furthermore, in each of department stores there
are sanitation facilities for clients, for the disabled, and elevators for clients were introduced
as well as disabled access ramps.
The renovation complexity can be illustrated by same quantitative indicators of the scope
of the overall project – 24 towns in Serbia, 36 department stores, total area of approximately
260,000 m2, built-in: 25,000 lamps, 930,000 m of cables, 21,000 m of cable bearer, 75,000
square meters of ceramic tiles, 1,500 sanitaion elements, 96 escalators, 57 elevators, 36

Robna kuća „ Zemun“
Jedna je od najstarijih zgrada Robnih kuća – kao funkcionalne celine. S obzirom na to da je renovirana među prvim, prema njoj su definisani
detalji koji čine vizuelni identitet robnih kuća: crni plafoni, portali sa crvenim alukobondom, eskalatori sa crvenim rukohvatima itd.
Na poslednjoj etaži nalazi se prostor za restoran i krovna terasa s pogledom na panoramu Zemuna.
Department Store Beograd - "Zemun"
Department Store in Zemun is one of the oldest Department Stores as a functional unit. Given that it was renovated among the first, its applied
details defned the visual identity of properties to follow, such as: black ceilings, portals with red alucobond, escalators with red handrails, etc.
Last floor is occupied by a restaurant space and roof terrace with a view over the panorama of the old town of Zemun.

koji je lociran na putu Beograd– Obrenovac, u naselju Umka. Objekat u gabaritu ima razuđenu
formu, sastoji se od prizemlja i dva sprata, a podeljen je u tri celine po postojećoj konfiguraciji i
fazama gradnje. Svi objekti u kompleksu tretirani su novom materijalizacijom prostora da bi se
postigao savremen i specifičan arhitektonski izraz, uz primenu visokokvalitetnih materijala
i tehnoloških rešenja najnovije generacije.
Projmetal je nakon zemljotresa u Kolubarskom okrugu, vršio procenu štete i
projektantski nadzor za sanaciju jednoporodičnih stambenih objekata.

The building has dissected structure, with the ground floor + 2 floors, it is devided
into three units according to the existing configuration and construction phases.
In all the buildings within the complex, new space materialization has been applied aimed
at achieving a modern and specific architectural style and high-quality material and
technological solutions of the latest generations used.
After the earthquacke that hit the Kolubara region, the Projmetal company was involved
in damage assessment and design supervision for remedial works for single-family
housing buildings.

• Enterijer „ Zira“ kompleksa
Celokupan prostor kompleksa „ Zira“ definisan je kroz prepoznatljivi likovni izraz koji
obeležava zgradu u celini, dosledno preveden u mikroprostore i arhitektonske detalje,
zatim spoj kontrastno postavljenih savremenih, hladnih materijala, pre svega inoksa,
stakla i natur betona. Takođe, u enterijeru svake funkcionalne celine upadljive su žive
boje, i prepoznatljive geometrije, izlomljene ili zaobljene forme detalja, plafona,
zidova ili pregrada.
Hotel je na planu enterijera urađen u skladu s lajtmotivom celokupnog prostora i
pojedinačnih funkcionalnih celina.
• Enterijerske celine u „ Zelengori“
Rekonstrukciju poslovne zgrade „ Zelengora“ upotpunjuju enterijerske celine – rešenja
prikladna funkciji zgrade. Preovladavaju nenametljivi koloriti i teksture, neutralna
kombinacija nekoliko materijala, ravne površine i prave linije.
• Enterijerski detalji u Robnim kućama „ Beograd“
Primenom kolorita i formi na pojedinačnim objektima, napravljen je vizuelni identitet
robnih kuća „ Beograd“, koji čine – ogoljeni plafoni sa vidnim instalacijama bojeni u crnu
boju, portali naglašeni crvenim alukobondom, koji su znatno osvežili fasade, eskalatori sa
akcentovanim crvenim rukohvatima, aluminijumska bravarija u tamnosivoj boji, unificirana
podna i zidna keramika itd.

• Zira complex interior design
The overall Zira complex is defined thourgh easily-recognizable art expressions,
consistently applied in micro-spaces and architectural details, through mix of contrastingly
placed modern, cold materials, particularly inox and concrete. Furthermore, in the interior
decoration of each functional entity, there are bright colors used and well-known geometric
forms, packed or rounded lines of details, ceilings, walls or partition walls.
From the interior decoration standpoint, the hotel is decorated in line with the leitmotiv of
the overall space and individual functional entities.
• Interior decoration in Zelengora
Renovation of the office building Zelengora is integrating the interior decoration entities –
– solution appropriate to building functions. Discreet colors and textures are predominant
as well as natural combination of several materials, flat surfaces and straight lines.
• Interior design for Belgrade Department Stores
Through application of colors and forms in department store buildings,
the visuel identity of the Belgrade Department Store is established consisting of the
following – ceilings with visible installations in black color, portals with predominant red
alucobond, significantly refreshing facades, escalators with red handrails, grey-color
aluminium metalworks, unified flooring and wall tiles, etc.

Objekte Robnih kuća i obradu detalja karakterišu u osnovi dva principa – interpretacija
postojećih formi i motiva u novim savremenim materijalima, kakav je prisutan na primeru
Robne kuće u Zaječaru; i nove forme u enterijeru i eksterijeru, koje imaju elemente
pravilnih geometrijskih oblika, pročišćene od detalja, kakav je slučaj na RK „ Terazije“,
u RK „ Beograđanka“, RK „ Valjevo“ itd.
Vidne instalacije u prodajnom prostoru Robnih kuća ulaze u domen high tech arhitekture.
Najočiglednije njene karakteristike – instalacije i konstrukcije – glorifikuju savremene
sisteme, i elektroniku.
Na primerima rekonstruisanih robnih kuća može se sagledati više načina,
tj. pristupa materijalizaciji – kroz akcente na kontrastima boja, ekonomičnost i uštedu
materijala, prostora ili elemenata konstrukcije, uvođenje dekorativne rasvete ili
uniformisanost oblikovanju.

There are two main principles characterizing the department
stores – interpretation of existing forms and motivs with new modern materials, present,
for example, in the department store in Zaječar; and the second principle - new forms in the
interior and exterior designing have elements of regular geometric shapes, without details,
such as RK Terazije, RK Beograđanka, RK Valjevo, etc.
Visible installations in the department store belong to the high-tech architectural domain.
The most noticable architectural characteristics - installations and structures are gloryfying
modern technologies and systems as well as electric engineering and informatic era.
Renovate department stores show various materialization approaches – focus on color
contrasts, cost-efficiency and savings in materials, space or structural elements by
introducing decorative lighting or unified shaping.

Zgrada B23 pozicionirana je na Novom Beogradu, u frekventnoj zoni uz autoput.
Po arhitektonskom sklopu, objekat je formiran od četiri kule (lamele) A, B, C, i D, na šest
tipskih etaža, dok su lamele povezane višeetažnim atrijumskim prostorima sa ukupno devet
panoramskih liftova i prostranim trgom (parkom) ispred objekta.
Specifičnu formu zgrade čini neuobičajena zatalasana strukturalna fasada četiri lamele i
talasasti krov sa titanijumom kao završnom obradom. Dominira kombinacija stakla i čelika
na fasadi zgrade.
Namena prizemne etaže i galerije je zajednička za ceo poslovni kompleks, sa dodatnim
sadržajima: podzemnom garažom sa 550 parking mesta, kongresnim salama, prezentacionim
i pratećim prostorima, panoramskim restoranom, kafeterijama, fitnes i spa centrom,
bankom, poštom, knjižarom, frizerskim salonom, auto-perionicom, vešernicom,
maloprodajnim lokalima, ketering servisom.
Zgrada je realizovana kao skeletni sistem, bez pregradnih zidova, s mnogo reprezentativnih
konstruktivnih detalja kako u enterijeru tako i na fasadi. U zavisnosti od potreba budućih
korisnika, moguće je uvođenje pregradnih zidova i formiranje zasebnih funkcionalnih celina.
CSNU je sistem automatskog upravljanja objektom, koji podrazumeva praćenje svih tehničkih
sistema i održavanje ambijentalnih uslova rada u objektu. Projektovano je da se praćenje
reguliše sa jednog mesta, kao i upravljanje poslovnim prostorom; osvetljenjem,
klimatizacijom, obezbeđenjem i kontrolom pristupa, zatim prozorima i unutrašnjim zastorima
u kancelarijskim prostorima (iz mesta za svaku prostoriju zasebno, ali i daljinski i sa jednog
mesta). Heliodrom na vrhu lamele A prečnika je 26 metara i predstavlja kompleksnu čeličnu
konstrukciju od 96 tona.
B23, ostvaruje zamisao investitora i prepoznaje se kao najreprezentativniji objekat u Beogradu
namenjen poslovanju. Po mnogim elementima B23 u građevinarstvu postavlja nove standarde.

The Block B23 is located in New Belgrade, in a well-frequented area near the motor-way.
In terms of the architectural structure, the building consists of four towers A, B, C, and D each
containing 6 floors, while four blocks are connected through muli-floor atrium space with the
total of 9 panoramic elevators and spatious square-park in front of the complex.
A specific form of the building is caused by the unusual wavy facade structure of four blocks
and wavy roof with titanium used for the final processing. The building’s facade has the
dominant combination of glass and steel.
The ground floor and gallery provide the common purpose for the overall business complex,
with provided facilities such as underground garage offering 550 parking places, congress
halls, presentation and auxiliary facilities, panoramic restaurant, coffee shops, fitnes and spa
center, bank, post office, bookshops, coiffeur, car wash, laundry, retail stores, catering service.
The building has the skeleton system, without partitian walls, with numerous representative
constructive details in the interior decoration as well as on the facade. Depending on needs of
future users, it is possible to introduce partitian walls and create separeted functional wholes.
The CSNU is a system of automatic building management, management and monitoring of all
technical systems and maintaining of ambient working conditions in the building is designed to
be regualted from one place as well as management of office space - lighting, air-conditioning,
security measures and access control, windows and internal curtains in offices are all
managed separatelly with the remote controle and controlled from one place.
The heliport at the top of the building A, of 26m of diameter, represents a complex steel
structure of 96 tons.
The B23 complex is achieving ideas of the Investor and is being recognized as the most
representative office space in Belgrade. B23 is setting new engineering standards for
many elements.

U kompaniji Projmetal završena je kompletna tehnička dokumentacija za glavni projekat
rekonstrukcije i dogradnje Poslovno-prodajnog objekta TC „Trošarina“, s lokacijom u
Bulevaru Vojvode Stepe, u novoformiranom kompleksu površine 5,18 ha.
U osnovi arhitektonsko-urbanističkog koncepta leži ideja o multifunkcionalnom
poslovno-prodajnom tržnom centru sa integrisanim podzemnim garažama i komercijalnim
centralnim sadržajem, odnosno ideja o savremenom urbanom volumenu koji u sebi sadrži
dovoljno ekspresivnosti da u deo stambene matrice postavi vizuelni reper za celo područje.
Sadržaji su podeljeni po nivoima, kolski pristupi omogućuju cirkularni saobraćaj oko objekta
iIi garažiranje, prevashodno u podzemnoj garaži na nivoima -3,-2 i -1, komercijalni nivo +0,+1
ostvaren je kombinacijom jednoetažnih i dvoetažnih prodajnih lokala, dok je na nivou +0
pozicioniran supermarket. Na nivou +2 planirani su sadržaji za zabavu: kuglana, multipleks
bioskopi (šest sala), bilijar sala, kompjuterska igraonica, internet kafe, fitnes i wellness centar,
otvoreni ugostiteljski prostor (food court) itd.
Konstruktivno, zgrada je projektovana kao skeletni sistem, sa ab jezgrima i sa mnogo estetskih
detalja koji imaju funkcionalnu ili konstruktivnu ulogu.

The overall technical documentation for the main design for renovation and extension of the
business-commercial building TC Trosarina is completed by the Projmetal company;
it is located in Bulevaru Vojvode Stepe, in newly-formed complex of 5,18 ha.
The architectural-construction concept is an idea of multi-functional business-commercial
shopping mall with integrated underground garage with commercial central services, and it is
based on the modern urban volume concept containing in itself sufficient expressivity to place
into the housing matrices a visuel benchmark for the whole area.
The garage is planned to be located on levels -3,-2, i -1, while the commercial activities will be
concenrated on levels +0,+1 with one-or two-floors shops; there will be the supermarket on
the level +0. The level +2 will host entertainment facilites: bowling, multiplex cinemas (6 halls),
billiar, computer game room, internet caffee, fitness and wellness center, food court, etc.
The building is designed with the skeleton system with numerous aestetic details having
functional and structural role.

U neposrednoj blizini arene, na 150.000 m2,
planiran je prostor koji može da primi više
od 20 000 ljudi i koji bi predstavljao
budući centar za smeštaj gostiju za vreme
održavanja sportskih i drugih manifestacija.
Višefunkcionalni kompleks trebalo bi da
sadrži poslovni, trgovinski deo i hotel.
Verano Tower is planned to be built in the

It is in vicinity of Arena, covering 150,000 m2,
an area that can receive over 20,000 people
and represents a future accomodation center

Biro za arhitektonsko projektovanje u mogućnosti je da radi sve faze arhitektonsko-građevinskih projekata (idejna rešenja, idejne, glavne,
izvođačke projekte, enterijere itd.), sinhron planove, projektovanje ugradnog i komadnog nameštaja, makete, 3D modele, i projektantski nadzor
nad izvođenjem radova; zatim projekte spoljnog uređenja terena, arhitektonsko-urbanističke projekte, projekte adaptacije, rekonstrukcije
objekata, protivpožarne projekte, tehničke kontrole projekata, projekte energetskih postrojenja koji pripadaju javnim objektima (trafo-stanice,
gasne kotlarnice) – za dobijanje potrebnih dozvola od gradskog Sekretarijata za urbanizam, MUP PPZ Srbije, saglasnosti komunalnih kuća kako
bi se integrisali važeći propisi, standardi u projektovanju, kao i sama realizacija objekta itd.

The Department for Architectural Design has capacities to perform all stages of architectural-engineering designing (conceptual design,
preliminary, main, construction designs, interior decoration, etc.), “synchron” plans, designing of fitted and articles of furniture, mock models,
3D models, design supervision over execution of works, terrain development, architectural and urban planning designs, conversions, renovation,
fire-extinguishing designs, technical control, design for energy plants for public buildings (power substations, gas boiler rooms) needed to
acquire necessary permits from the Secretariat for Urban Planning, Ministry of Interior, Fire Protection Unit, approvals from utility companies
aimed at implementing regulations and standards in effect when designing and implementing, etc.
The Department is provided with expertise in almost all architectural fields, hence provided with capacities to be in charge of ferrous and
non-ferrous metallurgy facilities as well as chemical industry, energy facilities, sports complexes and buildings, health care centers-hospitals,
laboratories, housing-office buildings, commercial centers, hotels, residential buildings, buildings that are protected monument, school
buildings and other public buildings (cinemas and theaters) as well as support interior decoration designs depending on requirements set by
the space and by the Investor.
Within the Department for Architectural Design, there is also the Graphical Design and Preparation Unit.

U Birou za hidrotehniku postoje mogućnosti za projektovanje svih vrsta objekata, tj.
sistema – i manje i veće složenosti:
• unutrašnjih instalacija vodovoda i kanalizacije u objektima visokogradnje,
• zemljanih radova, zaštita rovova i jama,
• spoljnih mreža, instalacija vodovoda i kanalizacije svih pratećih hidrotehničkih objekata
(magistralnih vodova, kolektora, crpnih stanica, bazena...),
• melioracionih sistema, uređenja vodenih tokova i odbrambenih nasipa,

(prodajnih, poslovnih, multifunkcionalnih, rezidencijalnih), održavanjem uslova ugodnosti,

energetski efikasnih i zdravih objekata uz maksimalne ekonomske uštede.
U okviru Biroa izrađuje se projektna dokumentacija (idejna rešenja, idejni, glavni i izvođački
projekti i projekat izvedenog stanja)
termotehničkih instalacija za brojne javne, poslovne, rezidencijalne, industrijske objekte itd.).
Pri projektovanju veoma se vodi računa o:
• pozicioniranju i oblikovanju rešenja prema zahtevima enterijera,
• apsolutnoj upotrebi tehnike u službi uštede energije,
• pravilnom izboru opreme radi ekonomske, odnosno finansijske uštede, kao i radi ekološke

The Department for Water Engineering has capacities to design all types of buildings i.e. systems - of small and large complexity:

HVAC DEPARTMENT
The HVAC Department has capacities to work in the field of thermo-technical, thermo-power, processing and gas-engineering designs.
The main activity of the Department is to develop designs of thermo-technical installations in line with technological requirements of the
building (outlet, business premises, multi-functional outlet-office buildings, residential buildings) by maintaining comfort conditions aimed
at achieving energy efficiency and healthy conditions of the building along with achievement of maximum savings.
Within the Department project documentation for thermo-technical installations (for numerous public, business, residential, industrial
buildings as well as specialized buildings) is developed (conceptual designs, preliminary, main, construction designs and as-built drawings).
When designing the focus is on the following:
• to position and shape the solution according to requirements of the interior;
• to maximize use of energy-saving techniques;
• to select equipment so to satisfy the following:
• economic - financial savings;
• ecological - environmental protection through CO2 emissions reduction;
The Department is characterized by its readiness to accept new technical-technological solutions.
The Department for Designing of Thermo-technical Installations provides design supervision during building phase,
takes part in drafting of site documentation and harmonizes designs with contractors, taking into consideration fire protection requirements.

Delokrug rada Biroa jesu mašinske konstrukcije, procesna tehnika i termoenergetika.
Izrađuje projekte transportnih sredstava, skladišta i mašinskih konstrukcija i tehnologije, kao i projekte termotehnike, termoenergetike,
procesne i gasne tehnike, zatim projektnu dokumentaciju (idejna rešenja, idejne, glavne i izvođačke projekte, projekte rekonstrukcije i
adaptacije) za industrijske objekte i rudarska postrojenja i objekte sa specijalnim zahtevima (bolnice i farmaceutske laboratorije).
Takođe se sastavljaju prethodne studije opravdanosti, procene uticaja postrojenja na životnu sredinu i procene opasnosti od hemijskog udesa.
Inženjeri i tehničari iz mašinskog biroa osposobljeni su za izvođenje mašinskih radova na industrijskim objektima po sistemu „ ključ u ruke“,
kao i za nadziranje izgradnje.

INSTALACIJA JAKE I SLABE STRUJE
Inženjeri i tehničari elektroenergetskih i telekomunikacionih instalacija, specijalizovani su za izradu projekata elektroenergetskih instalacija
niskog, visokog i srednjeg napona – razvodnih postrojenja i prenos električne energije, kao i za projekte upravljanja elektromotornim pogonima
(automatika, merenja i regulacija).
Takođe, u domenu slabe struje rade se projekti telekomunikacionih i signalnih mreža i sistema (protivpožarne centrale, ozvučenje, CCTV, kamere,
strukturna kablovska mreža, televizija, interfonski sistemi, dojava gasa, sigurnosni sistemi itd.).
Elektro biro je učestvovao u izradi projektne dokumentacije (idejna rešenja, idejni, glavni i izvođački projekti, projekti rekonstrukcije i adaptacije)

All the employees in the department have several years of experience with designing and execution of works.
The scope of work of the Mechanical Department covers mechanical structures, process engineering and thermo power supply systems.
The Department has capacities to work on projects related to transportation means, warehouses and mechanical structures and technology
as well as thermo engineering, thermo power supply system, processing and gas engineering.
The Mechanical Department is in charge of developing project documentation (conceptual designs, preliminary, main, construction designs,
renovation and conversion) for industrial buildings and mining plants and buildings with special requirements (hospitals and pharmaceutical
labs). Furthermore, pre-feasibility study, environmental impact assessment and chemical impact assessment are developed by this unit.
Engineers and technicians from the Mechanical Department have capacities to execute mechanical works according to the turn-key system for
industrial buildings and facilities as well as to perform building supervision.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS
DEPARTMENT
This Department has employed engineers and technicians with expertise in electric power and telecommunication installations.
The Department has capacities to work on designing low-, medium- and high-voltage electric power installations - distribution plants and
electric power distribution systems as well as designing related to electromotive drive management - automation, measurement and regulation.
Moreover, in the field of low-voltage electric power, the Department is involved in designing telecommunication and signal networks and
systems (fire protection centers, wiring for sound, cctv, cameras, structure cable networks, television systems, interphone system, gas detection
system, safety systems, etc.).
This Department takes part in drafting project documentation (conceptual designs, preliminary, main, construction designs, renovation
and conversion) for numerous public, business, residential, industrial buildings and mining plants and specialized buildings (hospitals,
pharmaceutical laboratories, power supply facilities for district flight control system, renovation of important urban communications,
base telephone stations and water treatment plants).

U mogućnosti izvođačkog inženjeringa ubraja se:
• izvođenje svih objekata visokogradnje; svih vrsta i složenosti konstrukcijskih sistema,
materijala, raspona, spratnosti i visina, izvođenje svih vrsta građevinsko-zanatskih radova
za sve objekte visokogradnje, izvođenje enterijerskih radova, uređenje terena i slobodnih

Sektor za finansije, računovodstvo i IT sektor, funkcioniše zajedno s pravnim i opštim poslovima i kopirnicom kao celinom. Finansijski inženjering
prati tokove investicija prema aktuelnim, pozitivnim zakonskim propisima; koordinira i kontroliše proces od momenta prihvatanja ponude za
izradu projekata/izvođenje radova od strane investitora, tj. izrade i overe ugovora pa sve do primopredaje projekata/objekata koji su predmet
ugovaranja. U svom poslovanju, a prema potrebama i zahtevima investitora, pruža usluge finansijskog konsaltinga u svakom smislu.
Takođe, za veliki broj podizvođača koje prati ugovorni odnos, evidentiraju se ulazne i izlazne fakture i obavljaju drugi poslovi u saradnji sa
zahtevima biroa.

The Department for Finance, Accounting and Information Technology, exist together with legal and administrative operations and photocopying
office. The task of the financial engineering is to monitor investment flows according to positive legal regulation in force;
to coordinate and control the process from the moment of accepting the Bid for project design/execution of works by the Investor i.e. drafting
and certifying of the Contract up to takeover of designs/buildings subject matter of the Contract. In its operations, according to needs and
requirements of the Investor, it provides financial consulting services.
Furthermore, for large number of sub-contractors engaged on the basis of the Contract, it keeps records of invoices and performs other
activities in accordance with needs of the Departments.
