Privredno društvo „Tankmont d.o.o.” nastalo
je 2005. godine statusnom promenom firme „Metal
Montaža” koja je imala svoj radni vek dug 9 godina.
Delatnost firme je definisana kao projektovanje,
izvođenje i inženjering, mada se uglavnom bavimo
izvođenjem radova u izgradnji metalnih konstrukcija.
Strukturu zaposlenih čine inženjeri
mašinstva, građevinarstva i visoko kvalifikovani bravari
i zavarivači.
Iz dalje navedenih referenci se može videti da
smo u poslednjih tri godine usko specijalizovani na
izgradnji velikih rezervoara za skladištenje nafte i naftnih
derivata.
Sticajem okolnosti i saradnje sa velikim
investitorima, poslovi izgradnje rezervoara odvijali
su se na teritoriji Ruske Federacije, prema njihovim
standardima i zakonima. Standardi Ruske federacije
„SNIP” i „GOST” su još dodatno pojačani i postroženi
sa „RD”, internim standardima samog investitora
„Transnjeft”-a, koji su jako bliski „API” Američkim
standardima.
Pored rezervoara, radili smo i na izradi i montaži
tehnoloških cevovoda za transport nafte prečnika 1.000
mm, i na manjim promerima predviđenim za transport
vode i pene u sisitemima za gašenje požara.
Uspešno smo učestvovali i na izradi i montaži
čeličnih konstrukcija, hala i nosećih konstrukcija. Možemo se pohvaliti da je svaki od objekata
završen pre roka, i da su ostvareni rokovi jako kratki,
a da tako brzo izvođenje radova nije umanjilo kvalitet
rada.
U cilju daljeg unapređenja kvaliteta naših
proizvoda i usluga, 2010. godine smo pristupili uvođenju
integrisanog sistema menadžmenta standarda „ISO
9001”, „ISO 14001” i „OHSAS 18001” a 13.04.2011.
god. smo dobili sertifikate.
Sertifikaciju je izvršila sertifikaciona kuća SGS
iz Švajcarske. Company „Tankmont” ltd. was founded in
2005 by statutory change of company „Metal Montaza’’, which had worked for 9 years.
Company’s field of work is defined as designing, constructing and engineering, although we mainly
deal with the works in the constructing of metal constructions.
Employees are structured from mechanical,
civil engineers and highly qualified locksmiths and
welders.
The references below show that in the last
three years we have specialized in building big
reservoirs for oil derivates tanking.
Cooperation with big investors and other
circumstances lead to constructing reservoirs on the
territory of Russian Federation, according to their
standards and laws. Standards of Russian Federation
„SNIP” and „GOST” were tighten up and made more
rigorous by „RD”, internal standards of the investor
„Transnyeft” which are very close to „API”, American
standards.
In addition to the reservoirs, we have been
constructing and assembling pipelines for oil transport
diameter 1.000 mm, and with smaller diameters, for
water and foam transport in fire protection system.
We have successfully participated in constructing and assembling steel constructions, hall type,
and supporting constructions.
We are pleased to say that every construction
was finished before the deadlines, which were very
short, and that the speed of constructing has not diminished the quality of work.
In order to further improve the quality of our
products and services, in 2010 we approached the introduction of integrated management system of standards „ISO 9001”, „ISO 14001” and „OHSAS 18001”
and on April 13th 2011we got certificates.
The certification was performed by a certification company from Switzerland.

obzira na surove zimske uslove.
Zavarivanje je bilo moguće i pod takvim
uslovima, zahvaljujući tehnologiji zavarivanja
koja se oslanja na zavarivanje punjenom žicom
„Innershield” bez zaštite gasom, tako da vetar brzine
do 10 m/s ne ometa proces zavarivanja.

The works were complited simultaneously
on both reservoirs and successfully finished 15 days
before the deadline, regardless of the severe winter
condition.
Welding was possible even under such
conditions, due to to the technology of welding based
on welding with full string Innershield without gas
protection, so that the wind up to 10 m/s was not
hindering welding process.
