TEHNIČKI OPIS
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
PRIMENA
Pumpe tipa VCP namenjene su za transport čiste i u manjem
stepenu nečiste vode, hladnih ulja, tečnih goriva i sl. Praktične su za :
javne i industrijske vodovode, veštačku kišu, vatrogasne svrhe,
kotlovska postrojenja i sl.
Ove pumpe mogu transportovati medij do temperature 105°C .
Pumpe tipa VCPv primenjuju se za transport vruće vode do 130°C,
jer imaju mogućnost hlađenja pletenice. Služe kao napojne pumpe i
za transport kondenzata. Za niže temperature do 105°C
isporučujemo ih u VCP izvođenju.
APPLICATION
PODRUČJE RADA
Pumpe tipa VCP kod 1450 o/min pokrivaju područje od 5 do 210 l/s,
kod manometarske visine dizanja od 60 do 400 mvs.
Pumpe tipa VCPv kod 2900 o/min pokrivaju područje od 0,5 do 36
l/s, kod manometraske visine dizanja od 35 do 600 mvs.
Područja rada za pojedine veličine i tipove prikazana su u
dijagramima.
Pumpe za druge brojeve obrtaja i pumpe izvan navedenih područja
izrađujemo na osnovu posebnog upita.
KONSTRUKTIVNE KARAKTERISTIKE
KUĆIŠTA
Pumpe su sekcionog izvođenja tj. svako statorsko kolo ugrađeno je
u svoje sekciono kućište ( međukućište ) i zajedno sa radnim kolom,
smeštenim na vratilu, čini jedan stepen. Potreban broj stepeni,
zajedno sa usisnim i potisnim kućištrem, stegnuti su preko
zajedničkih steznih vijaka.
RADNA I STATORSKA KOLA
Radna kola su jednostrujna sa dvostrukim raspornim prstenovima.
Aksijalne sile kod pumpi preuzima disk za izjednačenje aksijalne sile.
Rasporni prstenovi smešteni u kućištima su izmenjivi. Statorska kola
su posebni delovi, koji se mogu jednostavno montirati i demontirati.
VRATILO I LEŽAJEVI
Vratilo je uležišteno u dva uljem podmazivana kotrljajuća ležaja. Ovi
ležajevi predviđeni su za vek trajanja od 40 000 do 60 000
pogonskih sati. Oba valjkasta ležaja su pomična u aksijalnom smeru
jer aksijalne sile preuzima disk. Kod visokih temperatura medija
predviđeno je hlađenje uljnih komora. Unutar pumpe vratilo je
zaštićeno distantnim čaurama tako da ne dolazi u dodir sa medijem
A row of VCP pumps is arranged to suit all requirements regarding
supply of clean and slightly turbid water, cold oils, liquid fuels etc. It
is also serviceable at civil and industrial waterworks, artificial rain,
fire-fighting purposes, for the production of delivery water plants
etc. These pumps can supply medium of temperature up to 105°C.
VCPv pumps are applied for hot water supply up to 130°C because
packings can be cooled. They are equally adapted as feed water
pumps and condensate supply pumps.
VCP design is adapted for temperatures lower than 105°C.
RANGE OF SUPPLY
VCP pumps, at the speed of 1450 r.p.m. and and 60-400 m.w.c.
manometric heads, deliver 6-210 l/sec.
VCPv pumps, at the speed 2900 r.p.m. and 35-600 m.w.c.
manometric heads, deliver 0,5-36 l/sec.
Range of supply for each particular type and size is shown in the
respective diagrams. Pumps for other speed as well as pumps out of
the mentioned range are made on the special request.
DESIGN FEATURES
CASING
Multistage centrifugal pump is of a sectional design, thus having
each diffuser built into the sectional interstage casing, which
comprehensively, with and impeller,being affixed on the shaft,
forms one stage. Adequate number of stages together with a
suction and delivery casing is tightened over joint tightening bolts.
IMPELLERS AND DIFFUSERS
Impellers are of the single-suction design with double wearing
rings. Axial thrusts at the pumps are taken by a disc serving to gain
their equilibration. Wearing rings installed in casing are replaceable.
Diffusers are separate very easy mantling and dismantling parts.
SHAFTS AND BEARINGS
Multistage centrifugal pump shafts are placed into two oil
lubricated roller bearings, provided for the continuous life of 40 00060 000 hours of operation. At the pumps axial thrusts are taken by a
disc thus enabling displacement of both roller bearings. Bearings
are lubricated by oil or grease and can be cooled at medium high
temperature. Distant sleeves are installed in the pump interior,
protecting the shaft and completely preventing it from the medium
being handled.
PACKING
Access to packings is provided on both sides. Should subpressure in
a suction casing occur, sealing water is to be connected to the first
pump stage. Mechanical seals with slide rings can be fitted instead
of packings, upon customer’s requirements.

PLETENICA
Sa obe strane je moguć pristup pletenici. U slučaju podpritiska u
usisnom kućištu, zaptivna voda se priključuje na prvi stepen pumpe.
Na poseban zahtev umesto zaptivne pletenice, ugrađujemo
mehaničke zaptivače.
POSITION OF THE FLANGES
Positions of a suction and delivery flanges can be directed vertically
upwards, horizontally left or right, thus being independent of each
other. Pumps having the flange position vertically downwards are
made on a special requirement. Flange position is defined, taking a
view from a pump driving side i.e. coupling side. Diagrammatic
drawings of flange positions is given below the measuring sketches.
We deliver these pumps also with the other flange positions.
POLOŽAJI PRIRUBNICA
Položaj usisne i potisne prirubnice može biti vertikalno gore ili
horizontalno levo, odnosno desno, nezavisno jedna od druge. Na
poseban zahtev izrađujemo pumpe sa položajem prirubnica
vertikalno dole. Položaj prirubnica definiše se gledano od pogonske
strane pumpe, odnosno od strane spojnice. Shematski prikaz
položaja prirubnica dat je ispod merne skice.
Na poseban zahtev isporučujemo pumpe i sa drugačijim položajem
prirubnica.
INSTALLATION OF UNITS
On a customer’s requirements there is a possibility of aggregation
by joining pumps with driving engines installed on either cast or
profiled weld bedplates. Pumps are also accompanied by adequate
fittings.
AGREGATIRANJE
