Abdudayem ELGHARABLI has substantial experience in advising international oil companies in the upstream and downstream sectors, foreign investors in various sectors, international construction companies, telecoms, aviation and defense companies. Abdudayem's practice focuses on advising on the Libyan Petroleum Laws and Exploration and Production Sharing Agreements (EPSA), the Libyan Foreign Investment Laws, Libyan Corporate Law and the Administrative Contracts Regulations. Abdudayem’s advisory and transactional experience includes advising major international oil exploration and production companies, representing major international oil companies operating in Libya as well as representing major Libyan oil companies in addition to airline operators. He is a member of the Libyan Bar Association and has the Rights of audience before all First Instance Courts and the Courts of Appeal. As a graduate of Dickinson School of Law, Pennsylvania (LL.M) and University of Gharyonis, Libya (LLB), Abdudayem has published on various topics of Libyan law and can speak Arabic and English.
