Under the authority of the Head of the Cybercrime Programme Office of the Council of
Europe in Bucharest, Romania, the incumbent will take responsiblity for the management
capacity building projects on cybercrime and electronic evidence.

Key Activities
The incumbent ensures the implementation of project activities and the delivery of results to
achieve project objectives through the following key duties:
- takes responsibility for the organisation of all project activities, including administrative
and contractual aspects in accordance with the workplan, guidelines, priorities and deadlines:
- adds subject matter expertise to the project as adviser, trainer, speaker in events or the
preparation of substantive reports or studies:
- prepares workplans

• Qualifications:
Higher Education degree or qualification equivalent to a Masters degree
(2nd cycle of the Bologna process framework of qualifications for the European Higher
Education Area) in law, political sciences or in a related field;
• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience relating to criminal justice matters,
including at least 3 years in matters related to cybercrime, and preferably at international
level;
• Language requirements:
very good knowledge of one of the two official languages of the
Council of Europe (English) and knowledge of the other (French);
• Nationality: nationality of one of the 47 Council of Europe member states;
• Age: under 65 years of age at the closing date of the vacancy notice.
