It is a great pleasure to announce the organization of the 2nd Serbian Women’s Business Forum
“TRUST THE WOMEN” that will take place at Metropol Palace Hotel in Belgrade, on Friday,
February 20, 2015.
The business environment provides a challenge for women to achieve better positions and show
and prove their knowledge and skills in business. Nowadays a number of obstacles and challenges
are encountered by the young seeking employment and further building their careers. Surely it
takes a lot of strength and stamina to survive in the business world but even more to return to
work after serious circumstances that life brings. The choice of a faster track and taking more
action may result in alleviation and elimination of gender differences in the workplace through
support, cooperation, creativity, competition as well as in achieving equitable conditions for all.
Conference Topics:
Women at the Top: Time to go faster
Leading for a more equitable world
No job – no future: The great challenge for youth employment
Women giving support to Women: How do formal or informal mentoring and coaching empower women
within companies
