Financing and payment arrangements: internal resources of Film and Television Faculty (FTF) VSMU.
The contract will be financed by bank transfer within the arranged due date of 15 days after the date of
delivery.

Odovodnenie poziadavky
Justification of requirements
Verejny obstaravatef stanovil poziadavku primerane v sulade so svojimi poziadavkami a platnou
legislativou. Uchadzac preukaze skutocnost', ze je schopny dodat' predmet zakazky.
The contracting authority set the requirements in accordance with the requirements and current
legislation. The bidder must provide evidence that they are able to execute the contract.
9.4. Uchadzac predlozf doklady podl'a bodov 9.1. az 9.3. vyzvy. Ak uchadzac nesplni poziadavku podl'a
tohto bodu vyzvy na predkladanie ponuk, bude z verejneho obstaravania vyluceny.
Splnenie podmienky ucasti uvedene v bode 9.1 az 9.3 tejto vyzvy mozno preukazat' cestnym
vyhlasenim uchadzaca alebo zaujemcu, pricom doklady, preukazujuce splnenie podmienok ucasti
predklada verejnemu obstaravateTovi uspesny uchadzac podTa § 44 ods. 1 v case a sposobom, urcenym
verejnym obstaravateTom.
The bidder will submit the documents as stated in points 9.1 - 9.3 of the Invitation to Tender.
Providing the bidder fails to fulfil the requirements according to this point of Invitation, they will
be excluded from the procedure.
To fulfill the requirements for participation as stated in points 9.1 - 9.3 of this tender, bidders are
expected to submit the statutory declaration of the bidder or other person interested. Successful
bidders submit the documents proving they have fulfilled the requirements for participation to the
contracting authority as required in par. 44 section 1, in time and manner requested by the
contracting authority.

Ekonomicky najvyhodnejsia ponuka z hTadiska ceny a uzitkovej hodnoty.
Lowest total price for the stated contract in Euro excluding VAT (incl. shipping to delivery place, i.e. FTF
VSMU FTF, Svoradova 2/A, 813 01 Bratislava).
The most optimal bid in terms of price and value.
