We celebrate this sacrament on the 2nd & 4th Sunday of each month at Nativity and the 2nd & 3rd Sundays at St. Stanislaus
(must have original birth certificate). Please call the Rectory to make arrangements.
Parishioners who are intending to marry must contact the Rectory at least six months before the date on
which they wish to marry to begin their pre-marital preparation for this sacred event in their lives.
This Sacrament is offered every Saturday from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Nativity only.
For confession at other times please contact one of the priests, for an appointment.
Please notify a priest whenever anyone is seriously ill and wishes to receive this special sacrament.
Anyone can receive this sacrament on the First Saturday of each month during the 9:00 AM Mass at Nativity BVM
This office provides for the Religious formation, and also the sacramental preparation for children of our parish who
wish to receive First Penance, First Eucharist and Confirmation must be a parishioner (receive envelopes.)

Nativity of the BVM/St. Stanislaus B&M is once

Our goal for this year is $58,850.

RAMP -Information
The construction of the new ramp into Nativity’s
church hall is moving along , however, due to the
severe weather changes and the excessive amount of
rain the completion has ben delayed. If weather
remains stable the ramp should be completed in the
next few weeks.

TACHS 2013 Program begins Saturday, Sept 21.
In September St. John’s will be offering 7 review classes for the
2013. TACHS exam that will be given on November 9, 2013.
These classes will review the mathematical & English concepts
covered in the TACHS exam as well as test taking Strategies .
It will also include timed tests so that students become comfortable with the timing of the exam. There is a deposit of $100
non-refundable needed paid by July 19 and the balance due of
$175 on August 23. You can

Czerwiec miesiącem Najswietszego Serca Pana Jezusa to miesiąc w sposób szczególny poświęcony czci Najświętszego Serca Pana Jezusa. Kult Serca Jezusowego wywodzi się ze dniowiecza; początkowo miał charakter prywatny, a
o d XVII wieku nabożeństwo do Serca Pana Jezusa staje się własnością całego Kościoła. Przyczyniło się do tego dwoje świętych: św. Jan Eudes i św. Małgorzata Maria Alacoque.
Pierwszy działał z własnej inicjatywy, natomiast św. Małgorzata - pod wpływem nakazów od samego Chrystusa.
Od 1673 roku Pan Jezus ukazal się jej kilkakrotnie pokazując jej swoje Serce pełne ognia, zażądał od świętej w każdą noc przed pierwszym piątkiem miesiąca adoracje godzinna
("godzina święta") oraz aby Komunia święta w pierwsze piątki miesiąca była również ofiarowana w celu wynagrodzenia Boskiemu Sercu za grzechy i oziębłość ludzką.
W piątek po oktawie Bożego Ciała, 10 czerwca 1675 roku Chrystus, odsłonił swietej swoje Serce i powiedział: "Oto Serce, które tak bardzo umiłowało ludzi, że nie szczędziło
niczego aż do zupełnego wyniszczenia się dla okazania im miłości, a w zamian za to doznaje od większości ludzi tylko gorzkiej niewdzięczności, wzgardy, nieuszanowania,
lekceważenia, oziębłości i świętokradztw, jakie oddają mu w tym Sakramencie Miłości. Lecz najbardziej boli Mnie to, że w podobny sposób obchodzą się ze Mną serca służbie
mojej szczególnie poświęcone. Dlatego żądam, aby pierwszy piątek po oktawie Bożego Ciała był odtąd poświęcony jako osobne święto ku czci Mojego Serca i na wynagrodzenie
Mi przez Komunię i inne praktyki pobożne zniewag, jakich doznaję. W zamian za to obiecuję ci, że Serce moje wyleje hojne łaski na tych wszystkich, którzy w ten sposób oddadzą
Mu cześć lub przyczynią się do jej rozszerzenia".
Pan Jezus dał św. Małgorzacie Alacoque dwanaście obietnic, dotyczących czcicieli Jego Serca: Dam im łaski, potrzebne w ich stanie. Ustalę pokój w ich rodzinach. Będę ich pocieszał w utrapieniach. Będę ich pewną ucieczką w życiu, a szczególnie w godzinę śmierci. Będę im błogosławił w ich przedsięwzięciach. Grzesznicy znajdą w mym Sercu źródło i ocean miłosierdzia. Dusze oziębłe staną się gorliwymi. Dusze gorliwe prędko dojdą do doskonałości. Będę błogosławił domom, w których wizerunek Serca mojego będzie czczony. Osoby, które będą to nabożeństwo rozszerzały, będą miały imię swoje wypisane w Sercu moim. Dam kapłanom dar wzruszania serc nawet najzatwardzialszych. W nadmiarze miłosierdzia Serca mojego przyrzekam tym wszystkim, którzy będą komunikować w pierwsze piątki miesiąca przez dziewięć miesięcy z rzędu w intencji
wynagrodzenia, że miłość moja udzieli łaskę pokuty, iż nie umrą w mojej niełasce, ani bez Sakramentów świętych, a Serce moje będzie im pewną ucieczką w ostatniej
godzinie życia. Istnieją rozmaite formy czci Najświętszego Serca Pana Jezusa.
Pierwszą z nich jest coroczna uroczystość, obchodzona w piątek po oktawie Bożego Ciała.
Wiele narodów i państw poświęciło się Sercu Pana Jezusa, m.in. Ekwador, Kolumbia, Belgia, Hiszpania, Francja, Meksyk, Polska. Istnieją także konkretne pobożne praktyki ku
czci Serca Jezusowego. Godzina święta wywodzi się od św. Małgorzaty Marii Alacoque. Pan Jezus wyraził życzenie, aby wierni w nocy z czwartku na pierwszy piątek miesiąca
adorowali chociaż przez godzinę Najśw. Sakrament dla uczczenia konania Chrystusa w Ogrodzie Oliwnym. Pan Jezus dał także św. Marii Małgorzacie obietnicę, że kto przez
dziewięć kolejnych pierwszych piątków przystąpi do Komunii świętej i ofiaruje ją jako wynagrodzenie za grzechy własne i rodzaju ludzkiego, temu Boże Serce zapewni
miłosierdzie w chwili zgonu, że nie umrze bez Jego łaski. Papież Pius IX w 1856 rozszerzył święto Serca Pana Jezusa na cały Kościół. Leon XIII 31 grudnia 1899 roku oddał Sercu Jezusowemu w opiekę cały Kościół i rodzaj ludzki.
Litanie do Najśw. Serca Jezusowego zatwierdził do odmawiania publicznego papież Leon XIII 2 kwietnia 1889 roku i akt poświęcenia rodzaju ludzkiego Najśw. Sercu
Jezusowemu. Papież Pius XI dodał akt Wynagrodzenia Sercu Jezusowemu, który nakazał odmawiać co roku w uroczystość Serca Jezusowego. W naszej parafii Narodzenia NMP i sw. Stanislawa BM kult Bozego Serca animuje Stowarzyszenie Najswietszego Serca Jezusa, powstale w Ozone Park 1 czerwca 1923 roku i
nieprzerwanie obecne w naszej wspólnocie parafialnej. Stowarzyszenie, które obchodzi wlasnie 90 rocznice swojego istnienia, jest otwarte dla nowych czlonkow. Prezesem od
