The University Administrative Board has evaluated and approved the
following students who applied for transfer from other universities in 2014
– 2015 academic year fall semester based on Central Placement
Scores.
The final registration for these students will be carried out between the
dates of February 16-17, 2015. (Those who fail to register during these
days will lose their right to register).
Course registrations for students who will begin first grade (excluding
prep class students) will be carried out on 23-24 February 2015 during
Add-Drop period.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR FINAL REGISTRATION




Double sided copy of the birth certificate (The original will be presented by the
applicant during registration.)
12 passport-size photographs (must be taken within the past six months, full face,
front view, no hat,headgear or neckwear.)
Bank receipt for the tuition fee. (Students will be able to make payments at any Vakıf
Bank branches with their student id numbers.) (Student Id number is sufficient for
payments. No account number is necessary) (*)
The original signed and fully completed “Registration Application Form”, “Student
Information Form”, and “Survey Form”. You can have access to these forms at the
University web site at https://thor-oasis.izmirekonomi.edu.tr/forms/ address. Forms
need to be filled in, printed and signed.
(*) Students will be able to pay for tuition fees and fill out the forms starting from 11
February at 10 a.m.

site.
Answer the questions accurately and completely.

You will see some already filled in and some empty information boxes. Make sure the
existing information is accurate. Inform the registration official if there is a mistake or
incomplete information when you go for registration. Fill in the empty boxes accurately
and completely.
Do not use abbreviations for Mother-Father names on the forms. Write exactly as it is
stated on your birth certificate. Again, please fill in the identity register information as it
is stated on your birth certificate.
You cannot go back to a form after you save it. Make sure you hit the “Save” button
after you check all the information on the form is correct and complete.
You can get a print out of the accurately and completely filled “Registration Application
Form”, “Student Information Form”, and “Survey Form”. Remember to sign these
forms and appeal to registration centre along with other required documents on the
designated dates.


There will be a 3.5% discount in the second instalment in cash payments for the whole year.

There is a 9 month partial payment option (based on the terms and conditions of the bank) for the
credit card holders of the banks that the University has an agreement with (Axess, Maxsimum,
Bonus, World)

