National Society of Processing and Energy in Agriculture (PTEP) and Faculty of Agriculture, the
University of Novi Sad are delighted to invite you to participate in 4th International conference
SUSTAINABLE POSTHARVEST AND FOOD TECHNOLOGIES
Conference will be held April 19th – 24th 2015. The site where the Conference is going to be held
Divcibare (mountain Maljen). Hotel “Divcibare” in which the Conference is going to take place is a
forth-star hotel.
Conference supported by ISEKI - Food Association (European Association for
Integrating Food Science and Engineering Knowledge into the Food Chain).

Abstracts should be submitted by January 10th, 2015 online via web site www.ptep.org.rs or e‐mail: [email protected] The abstracts are required to be in English; 2000‐3000 characters (include spaces). They will be refereed by the Scientific Committee. Acceptance of the selected abstracts will be done by January 20th, 2013. Full‐length papers will be published in official national Journal on Processing and Energy in Agriculture, after reviewing. The deadline for the full papers is February 15th, 2015. Address of journal: http://www.ptep.org.rs/Sajt%20engleski/casopisen.html. The papers should be written in English in accordance with the instructions for authors (www.ptep.org.rs). Authors will have the opportunity to publish the complete article in proceedings if they so wish. In this case, the authors will provide upon acceptance of a version of 3‐5 pages that will be peer‐reviewed and published in the Conference Proceedings. The website of the Society will be given instructions PTEP for writing these papers. Deadline for it: Mart 1st 2015. Conference languages are English and Serbian. Conference excursion and picnic party (optional): Price - 18 Euros. Provided a bus tour of some
of the cultural and historical points in Valjevo town. There (in restaurant “Grand” hotel - four star)
will be served an exclusive local picnic lunch with music and fun. The second information about the
conference will be final and detailed information on accommodations, tours, gala dinner and
