Na platou Dumbelskog brda izgrađen je slobodan betonski preliv sastavljen od 4 čuna,
visine 64m i preko preliva betonski most za povezivanje dva dela brane. Drugi deo
konstrukcije brane je od zemlje u koju je ugrađeno oko 2.650.000m3 zemlje i kamena. Ta
ogromna masa zaustavila je Uvac i stvorila jezero dugo oko 26 km…
