supervisory experience to successfully guide trainee through the learning planned for this phase of the program.

departmental office clerk for 1 day). During each assignment trainee is going to learn the following: Operational service standards of the position; American
standards of cleaning rooms and commercial infrastructure (applicable positions only); Expectations of the team members in the position by completing their
day-to-day tasks. ; In addition trainee will be exposed to the Service Quality Assurance scoring system. This is a highly important part of the process. Negative
scores have an impact on the company and The Service Companies staff should always be cognizant of what ratings the company is receiving. This is an
excellent tool in measuring company professionalism and cleaning standards.

learning quality standards of The Service Companies and methods of controlling the quality of service in the
housekeeping department.

of Human Resources. Trainee will discuss why they chose to partake in the Training Program, their life back home (university and studies) and the experiences they are realizing since training at The
Service Companies. During the annual meeting company executives talk about the current business, new initiatives and financial success. The Annual Summit Meeting is a 3-day event in Las Vegas.

in using the proper room inspection checklist. With proper supervision trainee will have the responsibility, and authority, to instruct Room Attendants to correct any quality
deficiencies. In addition trainee will learn: American standards of cleaning and inspecting rooms; Inventory control and ordering; To schedule room assignment; To coordinate
accommodations of special guest request and needs; Complete inspection forms and submit them to the Executive Housekeeper daily. During this interaction the production of every
staff member reporting to trainee will monitored, ensured and documented.; Handle minor guest relations tasks.; During this phase of the program trainee will complete The Service
Companies on-line Supervisory Training Course. Courses to include: Your Role as a Leader, Employee Safety, OSHA Administration, Employee Engagement, The Service Profit
Chain, Continuous Improvement Concepts, Managing Employee Performance, EEOC Training, Ethics and Compliance. In addition trainee will be encouraged to complete additional
elective courses available from over 300 classes on-line.

Carpet Cleaning, Furniture Moving for Deep Cleaning, Bathroom Detailing, Organizing and Maintaining storage closets and assisting the Office Manager with ordering supplies.; under the direction of the Assistant Executive
Housekeeper be involved in making decisions regarding employee relations and training needs.; contribute feedback regarding commendations for recommendation and disciplinary action when applicable.; partake as a member
of the panel interviews and will learn to identify a great candidate versus a marginal candidate. (A poor candidate usually does not make it to this level in The Service Companies interviewing process). ; be involved in
co-conducting open position interviews to meet The Service Companies staffing levels. This will be coordinated by the Executive Housekeeper. Trainee will be trained to use The Service Companies standardized questions and
be able to grade the applicant’s responses.; under the direction of the Executive Housekeeper and Human Resources Director/Manager understand how to complete an Employee Annual Appraisal. The reviewer is generally one
who has worked directly with an employee for an extended period of time.; receive a basic understanding of the Financials for the Housekeeping Department. This will include the Profit & Loss Statement, Billing Statements
